What is a Remote Clinic and why are some services offered in person? A remote clinic means that you are able to engage in most services from the comfort of your own space. We also host events that are in person such as retreats and workshops.
What Can I Expect in a Virtual Wellness Workshop/ Event? Regardless of location in the world, ALL HUMANS are welcome, as the majority of workshops are virtual all you need is a computer, tablet, or smartphone. You can have your camera off and no event is recorded. Psychoeducation workshops: may include a PowerPoint and will be shared ahead of time. Prior to your session, your therapist will share a few documents with you. 1. A welcome email for Jane App (our secure electronic database), for you to create your client portal (this is also how you will complete video sessions) 2. A service agreement will be shared through your portal. This can be filled out prior to your appointment as some forms will require your signature. During your first session, you will review and complete your information with your therapist and together will come up with treatment goals.
