Who We Support in Therapy
At The Wellness Hive+ our therapists work with teens (16+) and adults in individual, relationship, family and group sessions, as well as first responders and their families.
Many of the people we work with are carrying experiences that have built up over time, or moments that changed everything in an instant.
You don’t need to have the right words for it. You just need a place to begin.

We believe in your resilience.
We know your mental wellness affects your day-to-day life. You may be a first responder struggling with trauma, a parent dealing with depression, a teen experiencing anxiety or a business owner feeling the burnout. You’re not alone.
The Wellness Hive + helps individuals reconnect with their mind and body through psychotherapy and wellness practices. We recognize that healing is not only cognitive or emotional, so when it feels supportive, we integrate mindfulness and body-based practices to help regulate the nervous system, restore grounding, and reconnect with a sense of internal safety. We tailor your experience to meet your unique needs, helping you on your personal path to healing.
The Wellness Hive + also offers support groups, drop-in therapy and workshops, learn more about each by clicking below.
